"Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord."  Acts 3:19 (ESV)

The book of Acts, written by Luke, details the early Church's formation and growth, tracing the movement of the Holy Spirit among believers. Acts 3 features Peter's address to the onlookers after healing a lame man at the temple gate. In verse 19, Peter calls for repentance, emphasizing God’s desire for restoration and highlighting the transformative promise of being in His presence. This message is crucial for understanding the path to spiritual renewal and living in the vitality of God’s forgiveness.
