“Go back and tell Hezekiah, the ruler of my people, ‘This is what the Lord, the God of your father David, says: I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will heal you. On the third day from now you will go up to the temple of the Lord.” 2 Kings 20:5

Have you ever received news that felt like the end of your story? One moment Hezekiah was leading a nation, the next he was facing death, turning his face to the wall as tears became his only prayer. The prophet's words still hung in the air: 'Put your house in order.' Final. Devastating. Hopeless.

Yet, this moment invites us into the vulnerability of true faith. Hezekiah’s tears were not a sign of weakness, but of surrender—a heart laid bare before God.
