Once upon a time, there was a young boy named David. He was just a shepherd, taking care of sheep in the fields. One day, he heard that his brothers were fighting in a battle against a giant named Goliath. The thought of a giant troubled many people, but David had hope in his heart.

David traveled to the battlefield and saw Goliath, who was much bigger than anyone he had ever seen! Everyone was scared of Goliath, but David remembered that God was with him. He picked up five smooth stones and approached Goliath with courage.

Goliath laughed at David, but David said, "You come with a sword, but I come in the name of the Lord!" With a brave heart, David placed a stone in his sling, swung it around, and let it fly. The stone hit Goliath on the forehead, and the giant fell to the ground!

David's hope and trust in God helped him face a giant. Whenever we face challenges, we can remember David and have hope that God is with us too.
