Lane Street - Tuesday Trail Wisdom
Lane Street - Tuesday Trail Wisdom
If you don’t know where you’re going, it won’t much matter which trail you take.
You can ride hard all day, kick up plenty of dust, and still end up nowhere worth unpacking your saddle.
Out on the trail—and in life—direction matters more than speed.
A man can stay busy and still be lost. Activity isn’t the same as purpose.
That’s why the old hands always checked the map *before* they checked the horse.
And it’s why faith starts with a simple question: *“Lord, where are You leading me?”
When Christ sets the destination, even a rough trail has meaning.
Without Him, even the smooth road can lead you off a cliff.
So before you choose a trail today, choose your direction.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.”— Proverbs 3:5–6
Saddle up. Choose wisely.
I’ll see you on the trail.
