Quote of the Day
Quote of the Day - “Courage is not the absence of fear—it’s trusting that God is already waiting in the place you’re afraid to go.” — ray mileur
Fear has a way of stopping us in our tracks. It whispers questions into our hearts: What if I fail? What if I’m not strong enough? What if things don’t work out the way I hope? Every believer faces moments like this. Even the strongest among us have stood at the edge of something uncertain, wondering whether we have the courage to move forward.
But courage in the Christian life is not about pretending fear doesn’t exist. Scripture never tells us that faithful people never feel afraid. What it reminds us of, again and again, is that God goes before us.
The place that worries you, the decision that weighs on your heart, the step you feel hesitant to take—God is already there. He is not waiting for you to become fearless before He meets you. He is waiting for you to trust Him enough to take the next step.
Faith does not remove every unknown from the road ahead. Instead, it anchors us to the One who already knows the way.
When we remember that God is waiting in the very place we fear the most, courage begins to grow. Not because we suddenly feel stronger, but because we realize we were never meant to walk that road alone.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do today is simply take the next step.
