For the second time in this great nation's history, a shot was fired that was heard around the world. The first time was at Lexington and Concord in 1776, when the bloodshed birthed a nation. The second instance on September 10, 2025, at the campus of the Utah Valley University, where the bloodshed of one man, meant to silence a voice in the wilderness only succeeded in awakening a sleeping giant from its slumber of apathy and silence.When I think of the death of Charlie Kirk, I am reminded of the Word, John 12:24, from: "I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat is planted in the soil and dies, it remains alone. But its death will produce many new kernels—a plentiful harvest of new lives".&nbsp;Charlie Kirk was extraordinarily gifted by God. A once-in-a-generation mind, his life cut short by an assassin’s bullet. He may be gone, but the mission Charlie poured himself into is not finished.The fight for faith and freedom still lives on. And now it is our turn—yours and mine—to carry that torch forward. To live with that same courage, that same faith. To keep pointing this generation back to what matters most, our faith in God.Charlie Kirk loved and trusted in Jesus Christ.
