Are you suffering from spiritual dehydration?&nbsp; Spiritual dehydration refers to a state of spiritual dryness characterized by a lack of connection to God. This condition often manifests as spiritual apathy, a diminished sense of joy and inspiration, and an increased susceptibility to negative emotions such as fear, anger, and anxiety.In the mission field, I often work long hours: sixteen hours on Sunday, fourteen hours on Monday, and another ten yesterday. To prevent becoming weak and ineffective, and to avoid the risks of spiritual dehydration, I am reminded by the Holy Spirit, of the Word where Jesus says, "Whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life." — Jesus, John 4:14Every morning, morning I fill my cup with:1. A cup of prayer 2.
